Your pack will be shipped to you immediately, 1st Class via Royal Mail. We will keep you updated every step of its journey, including letting you know when its in the post. Your pack will include all of the necessary bits to get your device back to us safe and sound, this will include; a MediaWrap Eco Phone Box, Returns Bag, Free Returns label and Instructions on how to package your handset correctly. The entire contents of our Trade Packs are fully recyclable!
Package Your Device
Once you've received your Trade Pack, you're good to package your device and send it back to us! Our Trade Pack's will include step by step, easy to follow instructions. All our of provided packaging has been tried and tested, giving you peace of mind that your goods will be safe in transit! ....Remember, the sooner you get your device back to us, the quicker we can pay you!
Post Back To Us
Your device is packaged and ready to be returned back to us, using the Free Tracked label provided. Simply drop it to your local Royal Mail or Post Office, they will provide you with a postage receipt. Prefer Royal Mail to collect from you?
